  1. Carol – You said; “Even if it seems that the demonic spirit has left, it only left for a time because the spiritist or medium does not have the authority to banish the evil spirit.”

There is another consideration here. A spiritualist, medium, or other demonically-inspired person cannot cast out a demonic spirit, because Yeshua tells us that they cannot.

22 The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons.”

23 And He (Yeshua) called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?

24 “If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

25 “If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.

26 “If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished! (Mark 3:22-26)”

Yeshua is telling us that a demon cannot cast out another demon. Only Yeshua, and those persons to whom He gives the authority, can cast out demons. I just wanted to add that to your excellent study. Thank you for another great post!

  2. why do these manifestations appear to people , because i have never seen or heard any in person nor know anybody that have in my lifetime,i only know to stay away from it according to god.

    • Hi Stephane, I think sometimes it’s because people invite them. They may dabble in the occult somehow which opens the door. I saw a light orb once on the side of a wall once. I looked for the light source but couldn’t find it. I didn’t ask for that to happen – it was just there. When I came back outside later, it was gone and I never saw it again, thankfully. But yes, stay away from that sort of thing and don’t seek it out. If you do come across something weird, call upon Jesus’ name because there truly is power in His name. 🙂
